Our booking conditions: Travel with peace of mind!

Book your dream tour easily and conveniently
We are delighted to be able to offer you an adventure tour where everything is
organized for you. You book and we take care of the rest.

Booking conditions
Start your dream tour by paying only 25% of the total cost. During public holidays
such as Christmas, New Year and Easter we require a 50% deposit. Pay the rest two
days before your arrival!

Payments

We accept major cards and EFT transfer

1. Bank Transfer (Bank transfer costs are for you, the transaction fee depends on
your bank)

We recommend using WISE Its up to 8 times cheaper than using your local banks!

WISE is perfect for easy, fast, and very cheap international transfers.

2. pay by PayPal (Extra 3.9% PayPal fee)

3. pay by Credit Card (Extra 5% fee)

All Packages need to be paid in full on arrival.

If you would like to pay upfront using WISE, then please let us know and we will
send you the transfer details.

If you cancel your trip, the following fees will be charged:
– From the date of booking to 61 days prior to your arrival date, 15% of the total trip
price will be charged.
– 35% of the tour price if canceled 60-31 days prior to arrival.
– 50% of the tour price if canceled 30-15 days before arrival.
– 100% of the tour price if canceled 14-1 days prior to arrival.
All prices include local taxes and service charges

Refunds

If you require a refund, we will return it using the same method that was used for the
original payment. If you do not show up for your reservation, we cannot give you a
refund. We will also deduct a 5% bank fee from all refunds.

Accommodation

Prices are based on two people sharing a room. Single rooms are available at an
additional cost. We select hotels based on their quality. Prices are subject to change
without notice.

Responsibility

We are not responsible for problems caused by things beyond our control, such as
weather or changes made by hotels or airlines. We do not accept any additional
costs due to these problems.

Terms of use for photos

To inspire others with your experiences, we will use your images to potentially
feature them on our website and social media accounts in the future. Thank you for
being part of our travel community.

Tipping

Tipping is customary to express satisfaction with the good service provided to
him/her by the staff on duty. We encourage you to tip as much as you wish. The staff
on site will greatly appreciate this, but you are under no obligation to do so.

Complaints

If you have any complaints during your trip, please let us know immediately as most
problems can be resolved quickly.

General Terms of Use

A. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
B. The Company is based in South Africa.
C. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to register as users of this Website
or to conduct any transactions or use the Website.
D. When you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the
information you request is transmitted directly to our payment provider via a secure
connection.

E. The cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction records and the merchant's
policies and rules.
F. We accept online payments with Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in SAR,
USD, EUR and GBP.
G. Multiple transactions/postings may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's
monthly statement.
H. Pets are not allowed at any of our locations. Guests who arrive with a pet will be
refused entry and standard cancellation fees will apply.

Acceptance of the agreement

The contract formed by the Company's acceptance of the Customer's booking
constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company, subject to
these Booking Conditions. Payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or
credit card means that the tour participants have read and accepted all the terms
and conditions and agree to abide by them.
