If someone is a Master Scuba Diver, it means that he or she has a lot of experience and training.
Less than 2% of all divers achieve this classification and thus ultimately belong to an elite group.
The PADI Master Scuba Diver is the highest goal you can achieve as a recreational diver and the PADI Divemaster is the first rung on the ladder of professional divers.

This prestigious rating is earned by divers with extensive experience and comprehensive scuba training, placing them in a highly respected group. Less than two percent of divers reach this achievement. When you present your Master Scuba Diver card, it signifies that you have gained valuable underwater experience in diverse environments and embarked on numerous dive adventures.
MASTER scuba DIVEr prerequisites
- Minimum age 12 years (12-14 year old can become Junior MSD).
- PADI (Junior) Advanced Open Water Diver certification.
- PADI (Junior) Rescue Diver certification.
- Five PADI Specialty Diver courses.
- At least 50 dives in the logbook.
Complete application documents. - Be medically fit according to the medical statement.
MASTER scuba DIVER Program
The training is done in 5 days (if you are a Rescue Diver) and consists in theory and 10 open water dives.

Theory e-learning is done before water activities at the student’s pace.
