Sardine Run Package 1

The package includes 10 nights at the lovely Ocean View Hotel, 5 days on the boat with all meals included, and 2 days on land to explore.

Our group is a maximum of 10 people

The four action-filled days on the boat offer a genuine adventure. DAY 1. Pick up from Durban

  • Pickup from Durban airport and transfer to Shelly Beach
  • We will spend the night in Shelly Beach
  • Dinner 

DAY 2- Coffee bay

  • 7:30am – Breakfast
  • 8:00am – Transfer to Coffee Bay
  • 14: 00 pm – check-in Ocean View Hotel & Lunch
  • Enjoy the afternoon in your lodge or walk on the beautiful Coffee Bay beach
  • Dinner at your own time
  • Overnight in Ocean View Hotel

DAY 3- 9 Sardine run

  • Every day we get update about the weather and Sardine run activities. We lanch around 8am and spend the whole day out in the sea looking for bait balls.
  • When we ancounter a bait ball You can snorkel, free dive or scuba dive, or simply stay in the boat.
  • We have 2 days on land and these day we will visit the Hole in the Wall

DAY 10 Transfer to Shelly Beach

7:00 am – Breakfast 

Transfer to Shelly Beach

Overnight Shelly Beach

DAY 11- Departure

Transfer to Durban aiport

  • Shelly Beach: The look out Guest House
  • Coffee Bay: Ocean view 

After booking, we will send you confirmation and  all the booking information.

50% deposit for confirmed booking

If cancellation occurs 2 months prior, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. After 2 months, no refund.

The final payment must be made 4 weeks prior to the date.

PLEASE NOTE!

ALL DIVES ARE SUBJECT TO WEATHER CONDITIONS ON THE DAY!
 
Our dives are strictly weather-dependent, which means dives can be canceled even on the day of the dive. Every morning our skipper visits our base and assesses the conditions. That is for the safety of our divers. 
If the dive is canceled due to weather conditions you can choose to dive another day, Choose one of our day tours or have your money back. 

Due to the logistical planning of running a successful dive charter, dives cancelled by the customer within less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded. On the day dives will not be refunded if being cold, seasick, hungover, being tired is a reason for not diving. The same applies for not being able to descet and no shows. 

NB!! Deposit for promotion packages will not be refunded. Only dives that have been cancelled due to launch conditions or for safety purposes will be refunded. 

Please take note, Protea Banks  is a Marine Protected area, therefore EVERY diver requires an MPA Permit. These are obtainable from any Post Office (Monthly or Annual) or for your convenience from us (monthly only).
